Personal and professional leadership development is critical to the operational success. As a leader in retail, if you never grow your own understanding and leadership, your people or your operation won’t grow either. Wherever your “leadership lid” stops is where the growth potential of your team and business stop. It’s time to raise your lid. That’s what The Experience will help you do.

I’ll bet you’ve you attended lots of classes and sessions to grow all the “important” parts of your business. You may even have attended some things meant to develop your leadership, but the focus always turns to the operations. After two days, you will better understand yourself, your teams, have new skills to better lead those around you, have tangible action items to execute, and be challenged to look at your operation in a new way.

As part of the experience, each attendee will have three (3), 45-minute phone calls with Dustin over the following 6 months. The focused coaching calls ensure the enthusiasm, insights, and knowledge gained from the Experience is turned into tangible results. There will also be a private Facebook group for participants to share knowledge, learn from each other, encourage and hold each other accountable.

You will come away with a clear understanding of how you are wired to lead, a new sense of purpose and direction for your life both personally and professionally, and dozens of skills and tools you’ll be excited to use daily as you lead your organization forward.

There are dozens of programs and opportunities to help you grow
your business 
by creating stronger merchandising, marketing,
financial understanding, and even hiring better.

But, none of that matters if you don’t develop
the most important thing in your operation:   You!

The Experience is limited to 19 participants. This intimate size will maximize the impact, connections, and overall knowledge gained.

Total cost is $1,895.

Additional participants from the same company receive a reduced rate of $1,695 (please complete a separate application). All lodging and meals during the Experience are included.

Price includes all materials, lodging, and 6 meals. You are responsible for your own travel to the resort. 50% will be invoiced upon completion of the application; 50% will be due 21 days prior to the event date. Cancellations made prior to November 25, 2017 will be refunded in full.

The entire agenda is designed to create an environment to maximize your development and the overall experience. Outside the agenda, there will be additional opportunities to “talk shop” with other participates. However, spouses and/or significant others are welcome to attend. If they would like to participate, they can be signed up as an additional team member. If they would like to attend, but only join the group at meal times, their cost is $600.

The Experience will take place at the beautiful Evins Mill Resort outside of Nashville, TN, situated on the Cumberland Plateau. The entire property is reserved only for those attending the Leadership-in-Retail Experience. Secluded enough to provide the perfect setting for focused and intentional thinking, but close enough to the “outside” so you can stay connected during your visit.
